At shahjiandsons Consulting , we strive to deliver premium business consulting, technical systems planning, and digital design services. We establish a clear refund roadmap to ensure transparency and trust in all our client engagements.
Clients are eligible to request refunds based on the initial drafts and design concepts provided. However, once you request revisions to these initial concepts or approve them for development, the refund policy is no longer applicable, and no refund requests will be accepted. By registering for our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund guidelines:
If you request a refund prior to our delivery of the initial design drafts or consulting blueprints, you will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 10% administrative and processing fee.
You are eligible to receive a 66% refund of the total amount paid if requested within 48 hours of your order confirmation, subject to a 10% deduction for administrative and service processing fees.
You may request a 33% refund of the total amount paid if requested within 120 hours after the delivery of the initial concepts, subject to a 10% deduction for administrative and processing fees.
No refund requests will be accepted beyond 120 hours following the delivery of the initial draft concepts. For any subsequent project challenges or inquiries, our dedicated client success team remains at your disposal to offer revisions and assistance.
No refunds will be processed for projects that have remained inactive, unresponsive, or on hold for more than 30 consecutive days due to a lack of client feedback. Inactive projects may be reinstated, but a reinstatement fee will apply to cover administrative resyncing costs.
Once the final approved files, blueprints, or asset packages have been transferred to you, we do not facilitate or approve any refund requests.
Once web development has concluded or the web systems have been deployed live to your hosting servers or domain environment, all sales are final, and no refunds will be processed.
All refund requests must be formally submitted in writing to our client support department at info@shahjiandsons.online. We reserve the absolute right to evaluate, approve, or deny refund claims based on the merits of each specific case and alignment with initial project briefs. Any violations of our Terms of Service may result in termination of your project agreement without prior notice or eligibility for a refund.
Our refund policies apply uniformly to all custom consulting frameworks and individual service packages. Refunds can only be requested and evaluated during the initial ideation and concept design phase.
To qualify for a refund, you must submit a valid, detailed explanation indicating how the delivered concepts failed to meet the specifications outlines in the initial brief. If you are dissatisfied, you are encouraged to request revisions, which we will perform diligently to meet your expectations.
Our refund guarantee relies on the mutual good faith in which we enter agreements. Placing identical orders with multiple companies to compare drafts and subsequently claim refunds from us is considered bad faith behavior, and any such refund requests will be denied immediately.
In the event that a refund is approved and processed, you forfeit all rights to use, copy, display, or distribute any of the draft concepts, designs, or ideas provided during our engagement. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of shahjiandsons Consulting .
We work to produce original and unique designs. If any similarities to existing market designs occur, please notify us, and we will perform revisions. We are not liable for copyright registrations or any trademark conflicts post-delivery. Clients hold final responsibility for copyrighting their commercial designs and branding assets.
